LendFI collects the information you give us to review and respond to your business finance enquiry. Contact us about privacy at loans@ldfi.com.au.

Information we collect and why

The initial enquiry includes your name, business name, email, optional phone number and a short description of your finance needs. We use it to contact you, understand your request, keep an enquiry record and administer this service. If required details are missing, we may be unable to respond or assess your enquiry.

Do not include identity documents, bank statements, tax file numbers, card details or other detailed financial or sensitive information. Submitting this form does not authorise a credit bureau search.

Storage and disclosure

Netlify hosts this website and its enquiry service. Authorised team members and service providers supporting hosting, database storage, email, maintenance and security may handle relevant information. Our email service uses VentraIP, with messages retrieved into our Google mailbox. These services may process information outside Australia, including in the United States and other countries where their infrastructure or support teams operate. Contact us for information about the arrangements applying to your enquiry.

We do not sell enquiry information or use this consent to subscribe you to marketing. Any referral or further credit assessment requires an appropriate separate process and notice. We may also disclose information where required or authorised by law.

Security and retention

Access should be limited to people who need it for the enquiry. We retain information while needed for the enquiry, legitimate record keeping and applicable legal obligations, then take reasonable steps to delete or de-identify it. Internet transmission cannot be guaranteed completely secure.

Access, correction and complaints

Email loans@ldfi.com.au to request access or correction, ask about retention, or make a privacy complaint. Include enough information for us to locate your enquiry, but do not email identity documents unless a secure verification process is agreed. We may need to verify your identity before providing records.

We will consider your complaint and respond with the outcome or an update. If it remains unresolved, you can contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner, where its jurisdiction applies.

Website information

Hosting services may process technical information such as IP addresses, browser details and security logs. This enquiry flow does not add advertising trackers. Necessary platform storage may be used for the application. Material changes to this notice will be reflected on this page.
